The May Monthly membership luncheon had 90 members and guests in attendance to hear GMDM member and Attorney at Law, Karen McKeithen Schaede speak on "Social Media and Your Practice". Topics covered was HIPAA, Privacy issues, Employer/Employee aspects and National Labor Board reports on Social Media issues. Remember, who you are after work is as much as who you are at work. Be Careful! A speaker donation was made to Alzheimer's Association in honor of Karen speaking.

The April 2012 Monthly membership luncheon was a success with 91 in attendance to hear Chip Baggett with the North Carolina Medical Society speak about legislative issues pertinent to our practices. A speaker donation was made to Peacehaven Farms in Chip's honor.
